MultiProvider: Automatic Updates with Access to Complete Information

nBanks now offers a new configuration for bank accounts that have two active access methods (PSD2 and RPA). This feature, called MultiProvider, allows automatic transaction updates while still giving access to more detailed information within the same account.

With MultiProvider enabled, transactions are updated automatically, without requiring the user to enter bank authentication codes. This ensures a continuous and seamless view of account activity.

Whenever additional information is needed, such as more detailed transaction data or supporting documents, users can trigger a manual update using the code provided by the bank. This makes enriched information available only when it is required.

This approach combines everyday automation with on demand access to detailed banking information.
