Financial and Tax Calendar Management

Learn how to use nBanks to manage your business's financial and tax commitments.

The Financial and Tax Agenda allows you to consult all your business's financial and tax commitments on a single page, and you can even schedule notifications for each activity, so you never miss a commitment. This feature works by integrating with the Tax Portal, which automatically includes your business's tax and fiscal commitments in this Agenda. Among some agenda topics, you can include post-dated checks, payments to be made, usual expenses in your treasury cycle, among other types of costs and revenues.

Step 1

Go to the My Companies area and select a company.

Step 2

Select the Agenda tab.

Step 3

In this area, you can consult your financial and tax commitments and filter by Date, Keyword, or Category.

Step 4

You can add a new activity by clicking on Add Activity.

Step 5

Configure the activity by entering the relevant information in the indicated fields.

Step 6

Click on Add.

And that's it! You have just included your first activity in the nBanks Financial Agenda.
