Categorize Bank Transactions
Learn about the process of categorizing bank transactions in nBanks.

Company A needs accessible and organized information about its bank transactions to facilitate bank and accounting reconciliation. With this feature, you can categorize all your transactions to facilitate their reconciliation and search through the available filters. nBanks' intelligent system recognizes future transactions similar to those previously categorized and automatically assigns the categorization made earlier.
Step 1
Access the Financial Management area.
Step 2
Select a banking institution.
Step 3
Choose one of your aggregated bank accounts.
Step 4
Select one or more bank transactions to which you want to apply the same category.
Step 5
Assign the appropriate category by choosing an option in the Category area.
Step 6
Click on Save.
And that's it! You have just categorized a bank transaction.
