More complete exports: new “Processed” and “Transaction Type” columns

Export transactions with greater detail using the new “Processed” and “Transaction Type” columns.

The transaction export functionality has been enhanced with the introduction of two new columns: “Processed” and “Transaction Type”. These columns can now be added in the export configuration, allowing you to enrich exported data and gain a more complete view of each transaction.

With this improvement, it is now possible to include in the exported file both the processing status of each transaction (as marked by the user) and its type (information provided by the bank), making analysis, reconciliation, and integration with external systems easier. This enhancement addresses the need for greater detail and control over exported financial data, making processes more efficient and informed.

New available columns

  • Processed: Indicates whether the transaction has already been marked as processed by the user in the platform, enabling quick identification of pending or completed transactions.

  • Transaction Type: Identifies the nature of the transaction, as provided by the bank, offering greater context for each exported movement.

⚠️ These columns are available upon configuration in the platform’s export settings area.

Benefits:

  • Enrich exported files with more relevant information;

  • Facilitate the analysis and handling of financial transactions;

  • Improve bank reconciliation with more detailed data;

  • Increase efficiency when integrating with external systems (ERP);

  • Quickly identify the processing status of transactions;

  • Gain greater visibility into the type of movements.

Available in all geographies.
