Activate/Renew Bank Account Access Consent | EuroBic

Learn how to activate/renew consent for accessing EuroBic bank accounts.

To ensure the continuous functioning of the connection to bank accounts, you must activate/renew your consent to access accounts through the nBanks platform. We recommend that accounts be added by a Legal Representative. If you use an Operator profile, it may not work correctly.

When activating/renewing consent for Banco EuroBic accounts, you should consider a few aspects:

Step 1

Access the Financial Management area and select the banking institution (EuroBic) that displays the following signage:

Step 2

Next, you should identify the marked account and click on the alert icon:

Step 3

In the Pending Validations area, click Reactivate to continue the process.

Step 4

You will be redirected to the EuroBic Homebanking page.

Consent to access banking data is done per company. For example, if you have 3 companies with 2 accounts each, you must repeat the process 3 times, as follows:

1. Add Banco EuroBic;

2. Log in to Homebanking;

3. Select the company and wait for the accounts to be listed.

Step 5

To add accounts, you must:

1. Select the 1st account, clicking only once in the area below Movements;

2. Wait a few seconds;

3. Repeat the process for all existing accounts.

Step 6

After adding all accounts, you must click Continue. To check if it worked, you must confirm that all selected accounts appear on the screen.

Step 7

If it works:

- You must wait for the system to redirect to the nBanks platform and do not click the Back button.

If it doesn't work:

- You must select Modify and repeat the process until all bank accounts are listed.

After performing these steps, you must repeat the process for the other companies.

And that's it! The nBanks system will update your consent. In a few seconds, automatic information updates will resume.

nBanks will have access to Banco EuroBic's banking data for another 180 days. This process must be repeated whenever consent expires. If there have been past periods where consent was not renewed, nBanks will not be able to retrieve data from that time period.
