Renaming of Payment Terminals

Change of the Payment Terminals section name to Payment Entities.

The former area called “Payment Terminals” is now called “Payment Entities”. This change better reflects the type of data users will find in this section: not just payment terminals, but also payment entities, such as HiPay, among others.
