Platform Menu Reorganization
nBanks' new menu organizes features by departments and integrations, facilitating management.

nBanks has launched an update to the platform's menu, reorganizing the existing menu and functionalities in a more intuitive way, adapted to the reality of companies.
The functionalities remain the same, but are now grouped into tabs representing different departments, facilitating navigation and access to financial management areas.
Treasury
Space dedicated to the company's treasury management. Here it is possible to plan inflows and outflows, view information for each account and bank entity, and consult the company's financing area, including loans.
Financial Management
Gathers tools that support financial planning and control, such as budgets, cash flow analyses, real estate management, and monitoring of financial activities in the agenda.
Invoicing
Area where you can manage recurring payments and invoices issued and received, ensuring document organization. This space also allows you to consult all information regarding the current account, containing information on debts (current and overdue) and outstanding invoices.
Accounting
Concentrates functionalities related to bank reconciliation, entries and reports, and integrations with accounting software, allowing all data to be kept consistent and aligned.

Reports
This area aggregates all information related to business valuation and its Banking Risk Index.
Integrations
Centralized space to manage connections with external entities essential to the company's financial operations. These include:
- Banco de Portugal: access to regulatory and mandatory reporting information;
- Portal das Finanças: direct link for submission and validation of tax data;
- Segurança Social: integration for compliance with contributory obligations;
- E-Fatura: automation in the processing of issued and received invoices.
Chat
Space dedicated to message exchange and document sharing.
