Import CRP codes via Excel

With efficiency and automation in real estate management in mind, nBanks has just made available, in Beta phase, a new feature in the Integrations / Real Estate Management area: the Import of CRP codes via Excel.

With this improvement, users can now import an Excel file to mass update all CRP codes (Land Registry Certificate) associated with properties, allowing automatic reprocessing of corresponding documents.

This feature was developed to simplify the work of financial and administrative teams that manage a high volume of properties, reducing manual tasks and potential data entry errors.

In the Real Estate Management section, it is now possible to upload an Excel file with updated CRP codes. After import, the system updates the records and automatically reprocesses related documents.

This update is in Beta phase, which means it is ready for use, but may still be subject to errors and minor adjustments and optimizations.
