Update Bank Account Access Credentials

Learn how to update the credentials of a bank account whose credentials have been changed only in your home banking.

Changing banking credentials in the Homebanking of the specific account and not on the nBanks platform creates an incompatibility that prevents the platform from updating the balances and movements of the account in question. Through this process, you will be able to resolve this issue quickly and easily to resume the automatic calculation of bank balances and movements.

Step 1

Access the Financial Management feature.

Step 2

Select the financial institution that displays the following signage.

Step 3

Identify the bank account marked with the following signage and click on the notification.

Step 4

You will be redirected to the Pending Validations area. Click Reactivate to continue the process.

Step 5

Fill in the access details for the selected bank account.

And that's it! The nBanks system will now update the credentials of the respective bank account, and within seconds you will automatically receive updated information again.
