Manual Account Update with two-factor authentication access
Discover how to manually update a Bank Account in nBanks.

On the nBanks platform, a Bank Account with manual access is an Account that always requires a user-initiated update, as opposed to Automatic Accounts. In addition, access to it always requires two-factor authentication.
This is because, to access the data of that account, an additional authentication step is required, such as a code or token sent by email or SMS. It is recommended that this update be done by the account holder themselves, or in conjunction with that person, as it will be necessary to enter banking credentials.
This update can be done in two ways:
Option 1 - Individual account update
Step 1
To perform the update, you must first select the desired company in the My Companies area.
Step 2
Go to the Financial Management tab and then to Bank Accounts.
Step 3
In Bank Accounts, you should select a specific account.
Step 4
Click the Update icon next to the account in question.
Option 2 - Simultaneous account update (may take longer)
Step 1
To perform the update, you must first select the desired company in the My Companies area.
Step 2
Go to the Financial Management tab and then to Bank Accounts.
Step 3
Click Update.
Before starting this process, make sure you are prepared to complete the additional authentication step. For example, if an SMS code is required, ensure you have your mobile phone with you to prevent the process from expiring.
After starting the process, you will receive a notification on the platform, where you should click Validate.
To finish the process, you just need to enter the received code and the account will be updated.
