Communicate with Client via Chat

The nBanks platform allows you to communicate directly with a client via a message chat. To do this, you must follow these steps:

Step 1

Go to the Portfolio area, in the top navigation menu.

Step 2

Choose the "Clients" tab.

Step 3

Select the desired Client from the left menu.

‍

Step 4

Choose the "Chat" option.

‍

Step 5

You are ready to communicate with the desired client.

In addition to being able to quickly communicate with your clients through written messages, you also have the possibility to attach files. With this functionality, communication becomes faster and more effective.
