Change the Default Display Balance

This customization allows you to adapt the platform to your way of working and facilitates financial monitoring.

Available balance types:

- Authorized Balance

- Available Balance

- Accounting Balance

By default, the platform displays the Authorized Balance on the home page.

How to change the displayed balance?

Step 1

Go to Company Settings, in the top menu.

Step 2

Within Company Settings, go to Global Settings.

‍

Step 3

In Global Settings, you can choose the Balance Type (Authorized, Available or Accounting) you want to view in the accounts.

Step 4

Click on Save Changes to confirm the alteration. Your choice will be saved to facilitate your daily routine.
