Payer Identification 2.0: Faster and more reliable transactions
New automatic identification signage for originators.

The Originator Identification 2.0 feature automates and makes the process of identifying originators in banking transactions more reliable.
By integrating ERP data with the nBanks platform, the feature reduces errors, minimizes rework, and offers a more efficient and transparent experience. Through automatic associations, intelligent suggestions, and manual or automatic confirmation, customers can manage all counterparties more quickly and securely, improving financial reconciliation and ensuring complete traceability.
New Color and Icon Signage
To facilitate the visual analysis of matches, each transaction features a specific icon and color indicating the association status:
Informative (no icon)
nBanks has identified the Originator/Beneficiary, but it is not yet associated with registered counterparties. The user can associate it with an existing counterparty or create a new one.
Multiple Counterparties (blue)
More than one possible counterparty was found. The user can confirm the correct one or create a new one from the Originator/Beneficiary data.
nBanks Suggestion (orange)
The Originator/Beneficiary has been identified and linked to a counterparty, but awaits confirmation due to a lack of reliable information, for example, an already registered IBAN.
Manually Confirmed (green)
The counterparty has been confirmed by the client. The Machine Learning algorithm automatically applies this association to future movements with the same IBAN.
Automatically Confirmed (green with star ✨)
The counterparty was automatically confirmed by the system, through Machine Learning, streamlining the process and increasing reliability.
⚠️ This feature requires an add-on on your nBanks platform.
Benefits:
- Automate originator identification and reduce manual failures;
- Improve information reliability and consistency;
- Offer intelligent suggestions for multiple counterparties;
- Allow quick creation of new counterparties.
Available in all geographies.
